Stacy Luxe is an Entrupy Verified Business. We guarantee that every item offered for sale on our platform is 100% authentic. Each item is authenticated using advanced technology and professional expertise, and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. This certificate serves as a financial guarantee of the item’s authenticity.

2. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including detailed photographs and descriptions. However, as our items are preloved, normal signs of wear or patina may be present. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or display settings. These natural variations do not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payments through the methods indicated at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Orders and Acceptance

6. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted except in the rare event that an item is proven to be inauthentic (by Entrupy) or materially misrepresented. Claims must be submitted in writing within three (3) business days of receipt. If a return is approved, the item must be in the same condition as delivered and accompanied by the original certificate of authenticity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stacy Luxe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item involved.
